Welcome to
Well-being Psychotherapy
Welcome to Well-being Psychotherapy. We are a dedicated team of Child and Adolescent Psychotherapists passionate about guiding individuals through life’s challenges.
Since 2014, our founder, Alba Piedra, has had the privilege of working with children, adolescents, and adults from diverse backgrounds. Her extensive experience spans educational institutions, private and public sectors, charitable organizations, and governmental bodies. Having personally engaged in therapy, she deeply understands the courage it takes to open up.
Our mission is to foster a supportive and nurturing environment where clients can explore their difficulties, gain insight, and find empowerment.
We provide a calm and containing space for you to express yourself, either verbally, through art, or by being aware of your body. Whether you’re navigating personal challenges, family dynamics, life transitions, or health crises, we are here to support you. Additionally, we offer therapy sessions in both Spanish and English.
